If you haven’t already, submit the Sidewalk Repair Partnership Program application on hcfl.gov

2. Submit Our Vendor Application

Provide us sidewalk pictures and information so we can make sure the funding limit is sufficient.

3. Final Go Ahead

Once we have looked over your vendor review request, we will contact you to get a final go ahead from you to schedule your repair.

4. We take care of the rest
